In the past when clients have made an enquiry about a product or service that we offer, we get asked "does it work"? "Can I see one working"?. The answer to this is simple "Yes". Having the operational demo suite at our showroom in Hinckley boasts most technologies operational along with bespoke tiling examples from our handmade desks, toilet facilities and our soon to be completed waterfall cascade (watch this space). Clients are welcome to come and see any technology they wish. We believe that brochures do not give the full picture when it comes to the look and operation of a product. Appointments are not necessary but are encouraged so we can make sure that one of our experienced staff can be there to look after you on arrival.

Rates
 

Our rates have not changed in the last 15 years, this gives clients confidence in knowing what they will be paying at the end if the job. With inflation over the past decade rising like it has if we raised our prices to match, our costs would have more than doubled. All jobs carried out which the exception of quoted work will be charged at the below rates. All materials used will be charged on top.

 
Call out charge £54.00      (only applicable for emergencies or out of hours work)
Hourly Rate £66.00    (7.00am-7.00pm Mon-Fri)
                            £99.00    (7.00pm-10.00pm Mon-Fri)
                                                         (7.00am-10.00pm Sat)
                           £132.00    (10.00pm-7.00am Mon-fri)
                                                                                                     (10.00pm Sat-7.00am Mon)
 

Note that all work is billed for the whole or any part of the hour and travel is also taken into account also. For example if an engineer takes 15 minutes travel each way to and from the job and they are on site for 1hr, the client will be billed for 2 hours.

Clients will not be charged for the engineers having a lunch break.

 

To ensure all invoices are charged accurately for the engineers time spent on site, all company vehicles are tracked with a high tech GPS tracking system and the engineers job sheets are cross referenced at the invoicing process.

 

If the job requires parts that are not stocked, the engineer will ask the client prior to fetching the part or ordering. Costs can be kept down due to a return scheduled visit rather than driving back and forth from site to fetch parts. This is only relevant on breakdowns and reactive work. All quoted work is a fixed price and does not alter unless extra work is carried out.

Please be sure to confirm charges prior to any work carried out if you are unsure. Bank holidays and out of regular hours work may incur a higher charge.
